Our culinary vision

As the new Food & Beverage Manager, my role is to ensure every aspect of La Cubanita in the Desert excels. We are dedicated to providing a full working restaurant model within the Flamingo Hotel, complete with skilled servers, talented cooks, top-tier equipment, and the freshest ingredients.
