Bringing the taste of Cuba to the desert
From a young age, I always believed that love was best expressed through food. As a Cuban immigrant and now a legal citizen in the desert, I wanted to bring a piece of home to Indio. Every touch at La Cubanita in the desert tells a story of Cuba, offering an authentic experience unlike any other.
About me
It all began as a little girl my grandparents love in food preparing and utilizing what we had. After my parents and grandparents passed I wanted to bring people on an experience of Cuba thru my food and then La cubanita in the desert was created. My journey has inspired me to share my love from cuba and also combine my love for the desert two parts of the same world but very different lens. I hope to share the love I have for cuba and the desert in this unique experience.
